Some home-made drinks that help you lose weight

                          







Lemonade : Lemonade is rich source of vitamins and nutrients. Consuming water with lemon juice helps  digestion. Mix fresh lemon juice in two liters of cold water, add half a teaspoon of black pepper and a tablespoon of red pepper. If you like sweet, add half a teaspoon of maple syrup.

 Mix yogurt with a cup tomato tomato juice with a cup of fat-free yogurt, add ½ teaspoon lemon juice. Add ginger, pepper and salt to taste. Mix it and then consume.

 Milk chocolate : in a glass of milk without fat dissolve two teaspoon chocolate extract. Strongly stir for a minute. Cocoa and chocolate contain antioxidants that help in burning fat.

Water :
If you drink 8-9 glasses of water, then you can burn about 200-250 calories a day. Drinking a glass of water 32 minutes before eating, gives you the feeling of satiety and thus during the meal, will consume less food.

 Tea : herbal tea, as he ginger, green tea and other types help to lose weight. Strawberry tea regulates blood circulation, while green tea keeps under control and reduces the level of cholesterol.

Effective diet to lose a few kilos

Apple diet lasts three days. You can lose up to 2 kg. About 2 kg of apples consumed during the day. It can be eaten as fruit or salads. Apple salad: 300g baked apples, may be added parsley, celery and lemon juice.



Tomato diet lasts two days. You can lose up to 2 kg. Within a day should eat 1.5 kg of fresh tomatoes, divided into four meals, no salt, pepper or olive oil.



Cabbage diet lasts seven days. You can lose up to 5 kg. The basis of this diet is the mess of cabbage, which you can eat as you want. In addition, on the first day you can eat any fruit except banana. On the second day, some green vegetables and boiled potatoes, with a little oil. On the third day, any fruit or vegetables, except potatoes. On the fourth day, three bananas and fat-free milk. On the fifth day, fish or white meat chicken with a tomato. On the sixth day, stewed beef meat with green salad. On the seventh day, a little rice with vegetables.

According to a survey conducted over 2'300 people currently performing ideal relationship it seems that men and women have a conflict of interest ... The study showed that the schedule with the highest desire for women is 23:21, while for men it is 15 hours earlier, around 7:54 in the morning. Men have a tendency to wish to have lunch before schedule, and not surprisingly many couples have difficulty maintaining a healthy sex life when their schedules are different. 68% of women and 63% of men have had a relationship with a partner, the preferred schedule which was different from them.



While 28% of men have a higher desire during hours 6: 00-9: 00 only 11% of women agree with it. Hours women passionate grow during the day peaking at 23:00, but only 16% of men carry the relationship before sleep. The survey concluded that people have a tendency to create a long term relation with a partner with the 'need' similar.

But if you look more closely you will notice that a lot of small tricks and techniques must be applied in order to end up with a gorgeous natural looking appearance like this one. Let’s discuss the whole procedure and if the colour of your eyes allows it, do it all by yourself, it’s not difficult at all. Here we go:




Shape and fill in the eyebrows with colour. Then highlight the brow bone. This whole shaping step is highly needed, because the brows are framing the face. And also, if you create the proper shape, your facial features will look balanced and delicate.
Then apply primer to the lids. I know that the amount of makeup is not as much as you need to apply the primer, but you won’t make a mistake if you guarantee the best look of the makeup.
Then apply a little bit of beige, tinted with pink undertones eyeshadow. Apply that shadow all over the lids. It will be your background.
Then draw a soft cat-eye liner only at the half lash line – the outer one. Cover the black liner with gray, metal-like shadow. Use a flat blush for easy and more precise work.
Then comes my favorite part – the trick for brighter looking eye. Use a flat brush and apply a little bit of  white eyeshadow at the inner half of the bottom lash line. Smudge nicely, make it almost invisible. This trick makes the eye look even bigger and less tired.
